Component Movement - It occurs basically due to the less amount of the paste or glue available to hold the component or due to improper dispense design.
Component Cracking - It occurs basically due to exccess force applied during placement or due to improper setting for double sided board.
Incorrect Placement - it occurs due to improper programming of the machine.
Misplaced Component - If the degree of error is same in all the boards then the program needs to be rectified or if it is different in boards then we have to check the setting of the machine.
Misplaced Pins - It is mainly caused due to improper handling of the components specially components in waffle.
